There is a serious story behind this picture from today’s New York Times–Palestinian interior minister Hani al-Qawasmeh resignation amid escalating violence. Longtime readers of this site will know better than to expect any sort of intelligent comment—for that, we direct you here—and instead, we just want to say: Isn’t this picture, the guy standing cool before a flaming car wreck, straight out of every action picture of the last ten years?
