Read this; really interesting. So much of corporate behavior is tied to the rules under which the company operates—for instance, management at large corporations has the incentive to lay off people to make their numbers, and then hire new people the next year to do the same jobs. These rules aren’t natural law; they can be changed, and changed for the better.
