leitch:

It is almost Opening Day, which is truly the greatest of all days. Ostensibly as a way to promote the book — but really because writing about baseball is the most fun fashion to spend one’s day — I wrote “previews” of every team in MLB for Deadspin, every day for the last month. As many — many — pointed out, these were not traditional previews: They were more essays about or inspired by each team. Some of them worked, and some of them didn’t. But they sure were a gas to write. You can find them all right here.
If you don’t want to through an index page, below are my obviously wrong MLB 2010 Predictions (the proper noun capitalization shows I mean it), with the “preview” for each team linked. And so this was all worth it: Please pre-order the book.
