In Which We are Reminded that William Faulkner is the Cliffs Notes of the Blogosphere

ill be the first to admit i know jack shit about literature, but instinctively my body recoils when people quote Faulkner.  i dont really know why.

Maybe because, in my experience, people who quote Faulkner tend to be people who haven’t actually read him, or anyone else; they got fed this in a college lit class. Which is kinda sad; there’s a lot of good stuff there.
