Well, Honestly, If I Didn’t Follow You Guys There Would Be Nothing in My Dashboard and Tumblr Would be Really Boring

I like to tell myself that people who are following me do so because of the content of my blog, common interests, or that they know me personally (because that is just awkward!)

I am in denial that people could  be following me simply because I follow them, because of photos of myself or my friends, or to mock me.

There are thousands of tumblrs in the sea, don’t bombard yourself with information that is of no value to you personally in order to be polite to someone that you don’t even know.

I think it is very open minded to read a blog that is written in a perspective that you might  not agree with, but the information should be enlightening in some way, or you are just clouding your brain.

I can’t help but notice that when I start following someone’s tumblr, they start following me in return (most of the time)….

Is it just proper tumblr manners to do this or are they/you actually interested in what I blog about?

Personally, it wouldn’t bother me if you didn’t. I like (at least I do now) what you put down, regardless if you feel the same.

I think it is polite to follow-back, yes. But I usually read thru at least the 10 most recent pages of each person I follow before I hit that button. Too much of hate, negativity, nudity, or posts in foreign/unknown languages, and I probably won’t follow. How much is to much is a dynamic variable.

Agreed. Oh, and, um, could you send me some of the nudity ones?
