Is there a plug-in that makes tags directly accessible from the dash so users can check them off instead of typing them in directly? For instance, I post a lot about tax reform; because of general inattention, some of those posts are tagged "tax reform" and others are tagged "tax law."

I want them to be consistent so I can link to categories/areas of interest.

Interesting—I’ve never seen anything like that. The autocomplete function will handle some of that, but it is vulnerable to typos.

  1. mdt said: Building on that, some form of default tagging would be helpful. One of my tumblr blogs is all news content but tagging every post as “news” seems incredibly redundant even thought that’s the way to get them to show up amongst other news content.
